can any body help me out?
Your best bet is to use Woo Themes support; however, make sure you have uploaded the plugins directory included with the theme (into the plugins folder) and activate those plugin. In particular, the WP-PageNavi plugin.

If you bought a licensed copy from the owner, it will come with them. (They also offer support in their forums).
If you downloaded an illegal copy (which also can contain malicious code) then that may explain why you are having the problems.
